This PTF tests if end of AME chain has been reached and if so acquire another AME block so that more AME are made available for subsequent processing.

Return code from ISTEXCAA set to zero if Alias component not authorized. This bypasses Netview Alias function. Return Code should be set to 4 indicating that Netview Alias function should be invoked.
