While in effect, Maintenance Services for CPU or ENTERPRISE licenses provide for access
to:
North Ridge Software technical personnel for problem identification and resolution 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Program Temporary Fixes (PTF's) that may be created
Enhancements to the NRS product and associated documentation that may be created
Periodic mailings about product status from NRS Technical Support
Annual maintenance is included with all OTC license for the first year. Thereafter, maintenance services may be continued for a fee of 15% (Network Director) or 18% (Network Center) of the then current license fee for all licensed locations, payable annually in advance.
